What is "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutral"?
"Carbon peaking" means that at a certain point, carbon dioxide emissions stop growing, reach a peak, and then gradually decline;
"Carbon neutral" means to achieve "zero carbon dioxide emissions" within a certain period of time by offsetting their own carbon dioxide emissions through afforestation, energy conservation and emission reduction.
